CCHLA promotes Text and Discourse Studies

   The Research Group on Text and Discourse Studies (GETED) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) is holding the II Seminar on Text and Discourse Studies and Research (SETED), on December 13th and 14th, at the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (CCHLA). SETED receives abstract submissions until November 30th. Registration for listeners follows the same deadline, through (Sigaa).
   The Seminar's mission is to study written production based on the dialogue between linguistic theories, Discourse Analysis, Enunciative Theories and the Disciplines of Human and Social Sciences. Another important point is to encourage greater participation of undergraduate and postgraduate students, understanding the discussions in the seminars and their due relevance for the different levels of study. Research Group
    GETED was created in 2011, together with the Department of Humanities (DLET) and the Postgraduate Program in Language Studies at UFRN and is made up of undergraduate and postgraduate students and public school teachers, and a partner of the National Association for Undergraduate Research in Humanities (ANPGL).
   In its activities, it has signed cooperation agreements with Brazilian and foreign universities. Among the actions, the missions carried out at the University of Veliko Târnovo in Bulgaria, the National University of Costa Rica, the Pedagogical University of Colombia, the National University of Mexico and the Francisco Morazán National Pedagogical University of Honduras stand out.

UFRN holds conference on historical denialism and the digital universe
