The Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (CCHLA), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), will operate with different opening hours during the University's academic vacation period. The change in activities occurs due to the vulnerability of the university campus during this period and applies to the buildings that make up the CCHLA.
Between December 17th and February 8th, 2019, the CCHLA Sector Library will be open between 8am and 5pm. From December 17th to February 10th, Instituto Ágora is open between 7am and 5pm. Between December 26th and February 8th, the Department of Arts (Deart) and the Communication Laboratory (Labcom) are open between 8am and 5pm. The CCHLA administrative building, during the same period, operates between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm and the academic supervision of Classes Sector II, between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Between December 26th and 28th, the Applied Psychology Service (SEPA) will not operate due to the Christmas break, and between February 2nd and 8th, on-site activities will take place between 6:30am and 4pm. As of February 11th, all the sectors mentioned above have had their operations normalized.
The change in the functioning of CCHLA buildings applies to students, teachers and administrative technicians, who must adjust their working hours in order to fulfill the weekly workload stipulated in the employment contract.
