CCHLA launches “Adopt your cup” campaign

The UFRN Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts and CREDSUPER carry out the “Adopt your glass” campaign, with the intention of reducing environmental degradation and increasing the supply of mineral water in the Center and in sector II.
CCHLA uses around 30,000 disposable cups in a month, with each one taking at least 450 years to decompose.
The Center spends R$7,000 per month on purchasing disposable cups and this resource can be used to expand the supply of mineral water with the adoption of personal cups.
Cups for coaches and teachers will be made available from August 22nd to 26th. Participation in the campaign makes it possible to care for the health of the planet.
CCHLA management is developing a major sustainability project. This campaign would be a way to raise awareness among the academic community to lead a more sustainable lifestyle.
