Dear teachers and administrative technicians,
Due to the vulnerability of UFRN, during the academic vacation period, we communicated to all the opening hours of the various sectors of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts – CCHLA, from December 26, 2023 to February 16, 2024, namely:
• CCHLA Administrative Building, from 7:30 am to 5 pm;
• CCHLA Sector Library, from 8am to 5pm;
• Academic Supervision of Classes Sector II, from 6:30 am to 5 pm;
• DEART, from 8am to 5pm;
• DECOM, from 8am to 5pm;
• Instituto Ágora, from 7:30 am to 5 pm;
• Institute of Public Policies, from 7:30 am to 5 pm;
• SEPA, from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
We clarify that the sectors mentioned above will return to their usual opening hours, starting February 19, 2024.
We ask for the employees' understanding in adapting their schedules in order to fulfill the weekly workload stipulated in the employment contract and in the individual work plan, according to the hours established for operation during the academic vacation period.
