CCHLA publishes electoral calendar for its academic direction

The Electoral Commission chosen at the 1st Ordinary Meeting of the Center Council of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts – CONSEC/CCHLA, on February 22, 2019, using its powers, informs you, below, THE CALENDAR OF THE ELECTORAL PROCESS FOR THE ELECTION OF DIRECTOR (A) AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR (A) OF CCHLA FOR THE QUADRENNIUM 2019/2023:
I – April 1st to April 9th, 2019: deadline for registration of tickets;
II – April 10, 2019: approval of registrations;
III – April 11 deadline for filing an appeal against the approval of registrations;
III – April 12 to April 22, 2019: campaign period;
IV – April 23, 2019: consultation, in a single voting shift, from 8 am to 9 pm, uninterruptedly;
V – April 24, 2019: calculation carried out and immediate publication of the result;
VI – The deadline for lodging an appeal against the result of the consultation begins immediately after its publication;
VII – The deadline for the Electoral Commission to decide on any appeal filed is 24 hours;
VIII – Within 24 hours after analyzing the resources, the definitive result of the Consultation must be announced;
IX – April 26, 2019: forwarding of the definitive result of the Consultation, by the Electoral Commission, to the Center Council of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts – CONSEC/CCHLA – which will begin the process of preparing the Triple List to be forwarded to the Rector.
It also provides, as an annex, the internal rules of the electoral process, containing the application for registration of a ticket and the term of commitment. These must be delivered to the CCHLA Administrative Secretariat by those interested in running for the election, by 5:30 pm on April 9, 2019.
