ELECTORAL CALENDAR
Dear Teachers,
Below is the calendar of the electoral process – 2021 – FOR CHOOSING TEACHING REPRESENTATIVES (FULL AND ALTERNATE) OF THE CCHLA IN CONSEPE.
I – Application registration period: 18 to 24 November 2021;
II – Approval of registrations: November 25, 2021;
III – Period for electoral campaign: from November 26th to December 1st, 2021;
IV – Election Date: December 3, 2021, from 8 am to 8 pm;
V – Calculation and publication of the preliminary result: December 6, 2021;
VI – Filing of appeals: up to 24 hours from the publication of the preliminary result;
VII – Final Result of the Electoral Process: December 7, 2021.
Copies of the rules of the electoral process, containing the application for registration of a ticket, can be found in Service Bulletin nº 214/2021, of November 17, 2021, pages 89 to 92, or requested from the CCHLA Administrative Secretariat by email: secretariacchla@gmail.com or luan.almeida@ufrn.br.
Chapa registrations must be made by November 24th by sending an email with the title “Chap Registration – CCHLA Teaching Representation at CONSEPE” to the email address: luan.almeida@ufrn.br, containing in its body the text of the registration application (Annex I of the Notice).
