The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) begins this Tuesday (8), for the fifth consecutive year, the White January campaign. The activities will be open to the general community and offer conversation circles, workshops, film exhibitions and debates, with the new feature in 2019 being the offer of psychological shifts.

The campaign at UFRN begins this Tuesday, 8th, at 9am, with an art workshop in the auditorium of the Directorate of Health Care for Employees (DAS) at UFRN, where a cine-debate on mental health will also be held on the 29th, at the same time. The Applied Psychology Service (SEPA) hosts a dance activity at 9:30 am on January 9th; conversation circle, at 10am on the 10th; Mindfulness meditation on January 14, 10am; cine-debate on the 16th and 17th, at 9am; in addition to the “Ligados na vida” game, starting at 1:30 pm on January 18th, which will continue at the same time on the 25th. Still at SEPA, the “Learning to Meditate” workshops will take place on January 22nd, 24th, 29th and 31st.
