Inaugural class of history courses takes place on April 5th

The Department of History (Dehis), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), is promoting the inaugural class of history courses for the 2022 semester, on the theme “Living on hold – The historical situation of our experience of time”. The event takes place in the CCET auditorium, on April 5th, at 7pm, and is attended by professor Luiz Philipe de Caux, from the Department of Philosophy (Defil).
The inaugural class, coordinated by professor Susana Guerra Domingos, will address philosophical thinking about the experience of time, proposed by author Reinhart Koselleck. The presentation will discuss the historical notion of continuity and discontinuity, density and speed, and the relationships between the space of experience and the horizon of expectations in each era.

UFRN opens competition for Administrative Positions
