The Canto Dell’arte Opera Group is an extension project of the Federal University of Rio Grande Norte, which already has 16 years of history and participation on various stages and shows, bringing opera, lyrical music and scenic-musical art to the most varied audiences. Currently, it is under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Maria de Jesus and conducted by Edson Bruno Araújo.
In 2019, the auditions are for Soprano, Contralto, Tenor and Bass. Our rehearsals take place weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 7pm, during which we work on body and voice, in scenic and singing rehearsals.
Registration will close at 11:59 pm on 15/02, via the registration form. UFRN students and people from the external community, aged 18 or over, can participate in the selection. Go there and sign up!
The auditions will take place on the 20th and 21st of February, at 7pm, in the UFRN Arts Department, room D.
