Anthropology opens exclusive selection for indigenous and quilombolas

The coordination of the Postgraduate Program in Social Anthropology (PGAS), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), makes public the notice for the selection of indigenous and quilombola students for the master's degree course, starting in 2020.
The three vacancies offered are exclusive to candidates who self-identify as indigenous or quilombola, in accordance with Normative Ordinance No. 13/2016, of the Ministry of Education (MEC), published in the Official Gazette of the Union on May 11, 2016. Therefore, if indigenous and/or quilombola candidates are not approved, the vacancies will not be filled.
Registrations must be made through the Integrated Academic Activities Management System (Sigaa), through the path Stricto Sensu > Selection Processes > Notice 01/2019. It is necessary to pay attention to the requirements for the first and second stage of the selection process, all specified in the notice. Registration approval will be on August 28th and the final result will be on October 7th, published on the Program's website.
