UFRN signs up for Education course and Bilingual Education Projects for the Deaf

The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), in partnership with the Directorate of Bilingual Education Policies for the Deaf (Dipes/Semesp/MEC), makes public the selection process for remaining vacancies in the 2nd edition of the Education and Bilingual Education Projects for the Deaf extension course. Candidates can register from 10am on October 25th until 5pm on October 27th, 2022, only via the internet, using the form email address https://forms.gle/fYLdi2FxKhgk4SyW7
The Course is offered remotely and in virtual format and is expected to last six months (November 2022 to April 2023), totaling 180 class hours. The start of classes is scheduled for September 19th, via YouTube.
100 places are offered, with 50% guaranteed for deaf candidates. The course is aimed at graduates of undergraduate courses, undergraduate and pedagogy students, and public or private basic education professionals (managers, technicians and teachers).
The training is free and will feature synchronous and asynchronous classes. Its central purpose is to promote continued training of teachers who work in basic education, equipping them to investigate the most appropriate foundations, principles and pedagogical practices for the implementation of Education and Bilingual Education Projects for the Deaf in Basic Education.
The action is the result of coordination between teachers and researchers in bilingual education, who have a unified initial planning of a pedagogical and administrative nature, to be carried out by team members jointly, through partnerships.
The partial results will be published on October 29th, until 11:59 pm. The final result was on November 1st, until 11:59 pm, on the CCHLA portal.
