CCHLA's Information Technology support meets demands related to computers, networks, institutional systems, classrooms and the center's digital infrastructure.
When requesting service, describe the problem clearly, provide the location/room and, if possible, attach screenshots or error messages.
For UFRN institutional calls, also use official support channels when applicable.
