Professor at the Department of History has an article published in the National Archives Magazine

Last Thursday, November 21, 2024, professor Margarida Maria Dias de Oliveira, from the Department of History, and her doctoral student, Caio Rodrigo Carvalho de Lima, had their article published in the prestigious Revista do Arquivo Nacional.
The edition, volume 37, number 3, has as its main theme “The impact of the Coup and the dictatorship in Brazil: 1964-2024”. It brings together 12 free articles, 1 review and 8 thematic Dossiers, addressing different issues and perspectives of the historical period.
The article published by the teacher was entitled “The importance of school archives for history and for the guarantee of rights: case of the Vocational Gymnasiums of São Paulo (1961-1969)”, proposes reflection on the need for investments in public policies that promote the construction of school archives.
