Guidance on the proper use of air conditioning units in classrooms in classroom II

Dear Teachers,
The CCHLA Management, at the request of the Academic Supervision of Classroom Sector II, reinforces with the teaching staff an important guideline regarding the use of air conditioning units in classrooms in sector II.
Recently, technical problems were identified in devices in some rooms (G1, B1 and D1), caused by manual adjustment of the air conditioning fins. According to the technician responsible, physically moving the fins damages the internal mechanism, preventing them from responding to remote control commands.
In view of this, we ask that teachers, when they observe someone manually manipulating the fins of air conditioning units, draw their attention to ensure that this adjustment is made exclusively by control. This measure is essential to preserve the proper functioning of the equipment and avoid new occurrences such as those recorded in the rooms already mentioned in which the equipment no longer responds to the control commands to position the fins.
We count on everyone's collaboration to keep classroom resources in perfect condition, thus benefiting the entire academic community.
Sincerely,
CCHLA Management
