The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), through the Degree Course in Dance, will hold the Artistic and Pedagogical Exhibition of the 2026.1 curricular components between June 29th and July 3rd. The event takes place at the Department of Arts (DEART/UFRN), in room 12, at the Jesiel Figueiredo Laboratory Theater and in the nearby corridor, with entry open to the public internal and external to the University.
The Exhibition is part of a teaching activity developed over the last five years and aims to share the work produced by students of the Dance Degree Course during the academic semester.
The program includes choreographic compositions, videos, video dances, exhibitions, teaching practices and oral sharing. The activities allow students from different periods of the course to present experiences developed in the curricular components that are part of professional and artistic training in Dance.
In addition to academic and artistic presentations, the Exhibition includes the course's TCC1 Seminar. At this time, students and advisors present and discuss the themes that will be developed in the Course Completion Work (TCC2), in the format of a memorial, scientific article or monograph.
With a formative nature, the Exhibition seeks to value student protagonism through a teaching proposal based on dialogical, critical and interactive pedagogy, contributing to expanding understanding of the role and paths of the Dance professional. Check out the complete program:
