UFRN professor organizes event at the University of Kent

The Prof. Dr. Rosanne Bezerra de Araújo from the department of Modern Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures at the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts at UFRN participated in the organizing committee of the “Sammuel Beckett & world literature” event at the University of Kent, a space rarely occupied by a professor who is not from the institution.
The event took place on the 4th and 5th of May and in addition to participating in the organizing team, professor Rosanne coordinated the panel entitled: “Beckett and the Cosmopolitan Avant-Garde”.  The University of Kent is a British public university located in England.
The Prof. Dr. Rossane Bezerra de Araújo holds a PhD in Literature from the Federal University of Paraíba, with a doctoral internship at Nottingham University, England (2007-2008) and a Master's degree in Literature from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2002). He graduated in English language and literature from UFRN in 1999. He has experience in the area of ​​Literature, with an emphasis on Comparative Literature, Literature Theory, Applied Linguistics and Language Teaching. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Modern Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures at UFRN.
