The new coronavirus pandemic has strongly affected Indigenous people in the whole country, increasing their social and economic vulnerability. To absorb the impact of social isolation and quarantine, Indigenous people from RN have been developing mobilization strategies in order to control infectious disease outbreaks in the villages/communities, also doing donation campaigns and crowdfunding, among other support and solidarity actions.
